About the event
A Healing Heart is a day program focused on exploring what it means   to be loving, kind and compassionate, starting with the self. With like   minded people, we will experience meditation, mindfulness, and self   love. We will use our understanding to develop creative and practical   strategies to support a positive mindset and loving attitude.
