It's all very fine to be told to 'be positive', but we never learned that at school AND we didn't even know that our thinking could determined our success or failure!
There are some simple and easy to learn practices techniques that you CAN apply your lives right now.
Fran and I enjoy experimenting and making spiritual understanding applicable to daily life... with quick outcomes.

The madness of our times is calling us to take charge of our own lives, our happiness and our wellbeing.
That's good news isn't it, even if it is confronting.
Because there are people who've been working this out for a long time and have made it really easy for those of us who are just starting out or coming back to this after a break.
What's in the Course?
- 4 x 30 mins sessions Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri
- 4 x 45 mins practice group (1 x Monday night for 4 weeks)
- A certificate of completion
Greg and I are both students of the Brahma Kumaris and have been practicing this meditation technique for more that 30 years they have been facilitating workshops, weekend retreats and classes together for more than 8 years.
We're a great team because we are both passionate about Mindfulness and Positive
Thinking and incorporate these into a lot of the programs we run.
