About the event
This weekend will take participants deeper into the practice and philosophy of Raja Yoga. We will cover the spiritual journey of humankind through the cycle of time and the tree of humanity and look at the principles for a meditative lifestyle. There will be time for meditation, conversations, group activities, silence and walks in nature.
